William Schencker developed his strong work ethics and loyalty in Chicago, Illinois, by becoming the third generation in his family Currency Exchange. In 1978, he took over all facets of the business from opening to closing. He used this foundation to become a successful owner-operator of five currency exchange Institutions in Chicago, Illinois. In 1999, he led Popular Cash Express, a new division of Banco Popular, into the Currency Exchange Industry. Over the next six years Popular Cash Express flourished to 18 sites in Arizona and 12 in Texas. Duties included: site identification; lease negotiation; managing construction of sites including retrofitting, remodeling and security; employee relations including hiring and firing, evaluation, staff training and staff development; cash management; internal audits and the development of long-term goals. William now is an owner-operator of Check Changers of Arizona.

This includes three authorized third party motor vehicle and check changers locations in Arizona. Along with managing the motor vehicle division and day-to-day operations of the business, William enjoys family time and is involved with the ALS foundation.
