Staff gave incorrect information on several occasions and incorrectly type the VIN number on the title. When I went to get this corrected Express staff sent me to the DMV. The DMV sent me back to Express.

I went to Express because my time is valuable to me and I was willing to pay for speed. Instead I paid extra took longer and I still don’t have a usable title. Now I don’t know where to turn to get the title fixed. I hope the DMV has a method of tracking errors committed by it’s 3rd party agents and used this information for contract renewal. I also need to know how to complete my title since Express is unwilling to correct this.
